day 3

nutrition:
--3 eggs scrambled
--venti iced coffee, black with 1 add shot
--single serving (about 1.5 oz) tjs "go raw trex mix"
--lara bar
--2 links (about 2 oz) trader joe's chicken apple sausage
--diet coke x 2
--kale salad with peppers, pom seeds and 2 tbsp paleo honey dijon dressing
--3.5 oz tri tip roast
--2 oz mashed avocado
--20 cherries
--pecans, a couple of hands full
--protien drink (2 scoops of Jarrow whey + water) - post wod
--2.5 oz pulled turkey breast with salsa (it has some vinegar, but otherwise all paleo)

wod:
5 rounds for time
5 butterflies
10 20" box jumps
5 ring dips
10 burpees
12:26 rx'd

notes:
--slept 12-6
--extra hungry all morning
