day 1

nutrition:
--3 scrambled eggs
--venti iced coffee, black with 1 add shot
--4oz turkey jerkey (trader joes)
--kale salad with peppers, pom seeds and 2 tbsp honey dijon dressing (yes, it's paleo - just imagine i got a lot of bee stings)
--3.5 oz tri tip roast
--2 oz mashed avocado
--7 cherries
--2 links (about 2 oz) trader joe's chicken apple sausage
--7 cherries

(i realize that i strayed from the rep scheme - no need to point that out)
